‘Aarohan’ – Installation Ceremony of Rotaract Club, RKMV 20th August 2026
The Rotaract Club of RKMV held its Installation Ceremony, "Aarohan", for the session 2026-27 on 20th August 2026. The event marked a new chapter of leadership, service, and commitment.
The ceremony was honoured by the presence of Dr. Anurita Saxena, Principal, RKMV, as the Chief Guest, and Rtn. Kavi Khanna, President, Rotary Club Shimla Midtown, as the Guest of Honour. The occasion was further graced by Rtr. Purandhi Gupta, District Rotaract Representative; Rtr. Sapan Chauhan, District Secretary (Rotaract); and other esteemed members of Rotary Club Shimla Midtown.
In her inspiring address, the chief guest, Dr. Anurita Saxena lauded the efforts and services of the Rotaract Club in the past session. She congratulated the new team and wished them all the best for their future endeavours. She also appreciated the continued support of Rotary Club Shimla Midtown and solicited them to provide opportunities, exposure, and experience to the Rotaractors of RKMV by involving them in activities at the National and International levels.
Rtn. Kavi Khanna, in his address, congratulated the outgoing team for the great efforts put in by them in the past session, and motivated the new Rotaractors. He urged them to be proud Rotaractors and continue their services for the betterment of society throughout their lives.
The highlight of the ceremony was the formal collaring of the President of Rotaract Club RKMV, followed by badge-pinning of all the office bearers for the session 2026-27- symbolizing leadership transition, and the dawn of a new Rotaract year. Dr Laxmi Sindhu, Convener, Rotaract Club RKMV Shimla, presented the report highlighting the activities of the Rotaract Club in the past session. The ceremony was also attended by all the members of Rotaract Club of RKMV.
Aarohan; celebrated the legacy of service, welcomed new leadership, and inspired Rotaractors to rise with purpose and serve the community with dedication and integrity.
